The freestanding toilet frame is one of those products where there isn’t really that much to review.  However, I wanted to highlight the product on this site as it is a really vital mobility aid for someone that has trouble standing.

The frame is both width (between 19 – 24″) and height ( between 25 – 31″) adjustable and has padded armrests for added user comfort.  The frame will take an impressive 30st, so this toilet frame should be suitable for most people.  It is supplied with 4 rubber ferrules for added stability.

A family member recently needed to use one of these frames following hip surgery and it made their life a lot easier (and family members).  After surgery, the NHS provided a raised toilet seat but not the frame, so I purchased the freestanding toilet frame from Amazon.

The frame arrived in two parts and was easy to assemble so it was more or less ready to use straight out of the box.
